This year the First City Lights Festival is starting early!! On Wednesday, Nov. 9 Friends of Downtown, The Shops on Palafox and DIB are working together to start the holiday season off early. Santa will be in downtown Pensacola on 11/9 at 4:45 p.m. to turn on the lights for Christmas. Walker Wilson has the details.
