Podcasting similar to traditional radio allows the options of having guests on the show, in fact majority of podcasters and podcast listeners prefer guest podcasts simply because each and every episode is different from the other as different people share different experiences and have different personalities.

However, this does not mean that if you prefer being solo-podcaster that you should necessarily have guests. Identify what you and your audience prefer and you can always make changes with time.

One of the tool I use to book guests for my show is matchmaker.fm. It's a simple and straightforward platform that connects podcasters to guests.

After 129  episodes on TMP, it's about time we upgrade our audio quality and pod equipments to make listening experience at per with top podcast standards.
