I knew from having met Kazuki Yamada before that chatting with him would be fun. As we are both members of the "CBSO family" now, it was doubly nice to spend some time with this very warm and giving person!

I heard how the choir conductor at his school gave him his very first chances, I found out what item he always has in the pocket of his concert tails, and I discovered why he founded his own orchestra at university and why it was given its extremely strange name
