In this podcast, Dr. Ed Hernandez discusses how as voter and constituents, we can to put in the work to remain a beacon of hope and progress, with fairness, equality, and economic justice for our state and country. Dr. Ed also shared why we must continue to expand access to quality, affordable healthcare, reduce overall healthcare costs, and address the provider shortage throughout CA.  From an HIT and Public Policy perspective he explains the importance of Telemedicine, Cybersecurity, the Opioid Epidemic and Interoperability.  He also notes that regardless of the outcome of the election on November 6, 2018, his agenda and advocacy for our citizens and state doesn’t stop as it is as important as ever to have an educated voice championing for all.
