She is the founder of the nonprofit The Nett: A Modern Approach To Christian Singleness, Dating, and Pre-Engagement, and leads Healthy Soul at Church of the City New York. She is passionate about women’s ministry and the transformation and healing of the soul. She speaks regularly in podcasts and at church events and courses throughout the year. Ale is from Guatemala and has over 17 years of ministry experience, mentoring hundreds of women and men inspiring them to live whole and integrated lives. She has been happily married to her best friend Ben for 13 years.
