On this episode we were lucky enough to speak to Matthew Denny! just a bloke from a small Aussie country town in QLD, who worked his bloody arse off to become an olympic athlete, and didn't he make us all proud in the 2020 Tokyo games! We got a great insight into what it takes to become an elite athlete like himself, and the world he lives in.
