I couldn't teach a chimp Japanese, just like some people couldn't grasp the basics of quantum mechanics.
Is the same true of leadership?
Does everyone have the capacity to comprehend and/or even learn the skills required, or do you need a certain set of personality traits to be able to truly be a leader?
