However, the skills requires for Emotional Intelligence are also important for building relationships in general.

I chose to present the subject not based on Daniel Goleman’s work but on the work of Neuro-Link and their “12 Emotional Intelligence Competencies” Assessment and Profile.

The focus of Part 1 is The Self, the intrapersonal skills of Accurate Self-Awareness and Self-Management, each with three components and some additional information..
