I am elated to introduce Sonia Castelan, AFSP, to this week's podcast! Sonia is a first-generation Mexican American, corporate quitter, tax professional and strategist, and successful business owner! 

After feeling burnt out and betrayed working in corporate America, Sonia decided to leverage her skills in marketing data analytics to become a certified tax professional. After amazing feedback from family and friends, she decided to share her expertise on social media and pivot to tax strategy for BIPOC entrepreneurs and individuals. 

As the first child to move out, graduate from college, land a corporate job, and build her tax firm, Sonia's determination to live a life in alignment with her intuition and values has bled into and blessed not only her family but hundreds of BIPOC individuals who don't know the ins and outs of how tax strategy can save them thousands. 

Sonia is the oldest daughter of immigrant parents, and she has experienced firsthand the difficulty of generational trauma and insecurity surrounding money. She has made it her life's mission to educate the BIPOC community and individuals about financial freedom and liberation.
