Forgiveness means different things to different people. But in general, it involves an intentional decision to let go of resentment and anger. Forgiveness brings a kind of peace that allows you to focus on yourself and helps you go on with life. 

In this episode, ChrisE and Dream discuss their personal journeys with forgiveness of self and others that have hurt them. They also share tips on learning how to forgive using the 4 R’s.

 4 R’S OF SELF-FORGIVENESS

Responsibility: Accept what has happened and show yourself compassion. 

Remorse: Use guilt and remorse as a gateway to positive behavior change. 

Restoration: Make amends with whomever you're forgiving, even if it's yourself. Renewal: Learn from the experience and grow as a person.

Healing is for You! It’s time to heal yourself. You can heal from all of your traumas and become more satisfied with life. Don’t worry we’re all on this healing journey together!
