Patrick talks about his passion for wine and how it wasn't necessarily the wine itself that stood out to him at first, but his entire experience with the wine that developed over time.

Patrick talks about his biggest strength being Tenacity or Staying Power if you will, and his willingness to push towards a goal until he gets the results that he wants.

Patrick talks about the kind of advise that he would give winemakers coming up and that's to not jump in too hot and heavy and to just gauge the process so that they can develop their own style of winemaking over time.

Patrick also talks about how if he could spend just 1 hour with any winemaker past or present, he would share that experience with either Heidi Barrett or Russell Bevan, 2 powerhouses in the wine industry today!
