Hi everyone! Its Wednesday, which means another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES! Welcome back!

Today I had a great conversation with Heidi Levine. In addition to being the Dean of Students at Cornell College, Heidi is also currently the Past President of ACPA. It was also a nice surprise to find that Heidi was the Director of the Counseling Center at my undergraduate institution, Cabrini College. Heidi and I had a really fun conversation about music, building a sense of community, networking and how that can be very helpful in searching for the next step in a career, as well as Heidi telling her amazing story about how she came to do the great work that she is doing.
