Better late than never, right?! The brain injury I sustained a few weeks ago gave way to tremendous insight about unhealthy patterns of self-sabotage. Just like Humpty Dumpty, I broke my head... but it also helped to crack open my tough outer shell. Where we crack is also where we can let the light in and I am so grateful for the insights.
