Mark Findlay. A name synonymous in British track & field who has built a business in performance coaching having worked with the likes of NBA's J. R. Smith, and the greats within the UK's music scene with legends such as Kano, Bashy and the queen of content Zeze Mills on his books.

We reflect on his journey growing up in Leytonstone, and having to work for every success in track and in life after his professional sporting career. Reflections on his spartan mindset and the selfishness of being an athlete and we summarise with how those skills navigate his role as a father.
