Today I'm sharing with you a tool I learned years ago, and honestly wish I had been more devoted to since I discovered it.
The tool is referred to as Lofty Questions and is one I learned from a MindValley teacher named Christy Marie Sheldon.
As is becoming typical of my sharing style I did head off on a few tangents in this one, but hope you can grasp the concept of Lofty Questions and I invite you to play around with this for yourself.
You can find more on Lofty Questions, including a list of examples at this MindValley Blog post https://blog.mindvalley.com/lofty-questions/
