Since 2019, after changes to the BC’s securities rules, developers and real estate asset managers with few exceptions must utilize securities dealers to access their external project equity via investors.

Ian began his real estate career working as a commercial real estate realtor in California. He transitioned to the world of investing by joining an asset management company, later starting his own investor relations firm.
