Author of 'The Learning & Development Handbook', a Fellow of the CIPD and LPI, not to mention an award-winning forward-thinking Learning & Development Professional. 

In her spare time, Michelle is a busy Wife, Mum and volunteer Girlguiding Leader who is instrumental in supporting Girlguiding to modernise their own L&D offer.
