On-Demand resources are great tools, but they in no way replace your facilitated process in the classroom.  Excessive On-Demand content demotivates students from actively engaging in your class, limits differentiated learning/instruction, and devalues the expertise you bring to the process.  Students need you.  If the pandemic taught us anything, kids cannot effectively learn and experience content from a computer - or on their own.
