Life has a funny way of showing you the good and bad of oneself. Life also has a funny way of showing you how to recognize your own depression and declining mental health. I most certainly found out the hard way, when I chose not to recognize the warning signs. This episode is about my three years in Chicago, IL, after I felt like I lost the only thing that was keeping me from losing myself in Austin, TX.
