In this episode, Dr. Celina explores why modeling best behavior isn't enough.  Although leaders should exhibit the best practices they want to see in others, others may not pick up on the cues or really understand the "why" behind it.  As leaders we need to be deliberate in our actions yet talk to our teams about why and what we do so they can learn, too.  We'll apply this idea to several topics in this episode: change, stress and burnout, and time.
