I've been reading so many headlines about millennials and how they are confusing us with the wrong age group. I ask Juancarlos to join me because he has really strong  opinions about the term Millennial. After discussing some facts we dive into sharing information about our vastly different childhoods, despite the fact that we are both from the same group.
