What Is A System?
Business systems are designed to connect all of an organizations operational parts into steps and procedures that work together to create effective business strategy. Any business has a business process, but how effective is it? How operational is it? How much management does it take? When answering the question what is a system, consider what area of your business need to be systematized first.
Systems Thinking
Systems thinking is the idea of structuring your thinking around creating systems. What is your current business process and what parts are not working? What areas of day-to-day business need to undergo business process improvement? Or are there parts of your business that lack structure and system completely? Are development of systems within our business took time and many years, but it started with minor improvement to client complaints and daily inefficiencies that were holding our business back.
