Today in the guest chair we have Robert Holmes, a coach for the Twin City Outlaws, a national champion for 8U youth football. Coach Holmes followed the path well traveled for many years, before finally leaping into coaching.
On this episode, Coach Holmes shares:
● His pathway from watching the youth play where he resided and landing in coaching by chance
● Why he ultimately got into coaching and how it influenced his daily life.
● How he succumbed to the pressures of football even when his 9-5 is calling
● How he finally worked up the nerve to use his playing experience to coach
