Everyone tells us that self love is the key, but no one really tells us how to get to a place where we are the love of our lives. Self love is not always about running yourself a bubble bath and taking yourself on dates. Self love involves setting difficult boundaries with people you love, healing, getting to know our own darkness and relaxing into it and being happy being alone. In this episode I will walk you through what self love looks like spiritually, emotionally and physically.
