This week I have a very special guest - Josephine Lancuba is an award winning performing arts business and talent management professional. She is an Educator, Speaker, Talent Agent, Writer, and has spent 2 decades in the arts industry leading and managing studios, entertainment and production based businesses including her own musical theatre studio for 10 years and it’s in-house talent management service.

In this episode, Jo shares her passion for the performing arts, which she credits with helping her through a difficult, traumatic childhood. Jo’s lived experience growing up in domestic violence has no doubt been pivotal in her success as a dance studio owner, performing arts business coach, talent manager, and speaker. Jo has rightfully and respectfully earned her claim to be Australia’s only inclusive dance studio. With a "no toxicity and no BS policy", Jo is proud to actively foster a supportive, positive community of students and teachers across her 4 studios and one virtual studio.
