This week I have Amanda LaPorte on the podcast. Amanda brings a whole bunch of knowledge to the table with her background in exercise science and her current work towards becoming a Registered Dietician.
We chat all about diet culture - how it has created restrictive eating habits and food guilt and how we can overcome those feelings. We also chat about the “no so sexy” side of health - you know, things like you cholesterol, bone health, family background. The things that many of us feel like we don’t need to care about now but maybe we should!
Amanda has some simple and practical tips for creating sustainable habits in both your nutrition and your fitness that will not only bring you results but make you FEEL good.
