These bullies use their spines and sneers to demand "tolls" from the smaller creatures. When Midnight, the Black Ninja, witnesses this injustice, he decides to intervene. Rather than using force, he devises a clever plan involving itching powder and unexpected treats to teach the bullies a lesson.
