It is so easy to get caught up in the minutia of the Sabbath day...

What we should do, or shouldn't do...

What we can, or can't do...

And we're not alone in this nit-picking. The Pharisees in Christ's day were the same way!

Except, they went so far as to accuse Jesus himself of breaking the sabbath! 

Can you imagine? Accusing the Lord of the Sabbath of breaking it?? 

In this episode we'll look at some of what the Savior taught about the Sabbath and then consider some ways that we can follow His teachings.
