🎧 Episode 13 – Transitions, transitions

I keep catching myself writing November dates in my journal. 😮 But it’s December now… so here’s an episode on transitions. 
 
Clearly there’s something from last month I’m still holding on to — maybe the slowing down through virus infections… the scheduling challenges… the deepening of my work with emotions… the courage to practice newly learned approaches… the human connections across countries, continents and nervous systems… or the revelations and shifts in who I’m becoming, both as a human being and as a practitioner.
 
I’m curious to explore this more in my writing and reflections, and to fully cross the edge into the final month of 2025.
