I am delighted to welcome to The Podcast, Stef from Track Brewery based in Manchester.

Track was born out of the inspiration that owner Sam Dyson gained in 2008 when he set out to cycle around the World. As Sam crossed from East Coast to West in the USA, he saw what the future of beer could become, and set about bringing it to the UK when he returned.

Seven years later, Track was born under the arches beneath Manchester Piccadilly, and a couple of moves and a pandemic later, Track have opened a fabulous new Brewery and Taproom across the street from their close friends at Cloudwater, which is where we recorded this conversation.
