In Episode 131 we talk about two methods of energy work I practice: Reiki and Dimensional Frequency Expansion (DFE), which is a new vibrational healing method I have channeled and am now teaching. I explain the difference between Reiki and DFE as well as how they are in fact meant to work together, and I share a special announcement about a new form of Reiki I will soon be sharing: Dimensional Frequency Expansion Reiki. This meditation is an invitation to receive the healing frequencies of DFE as I call in each of the seven layers one at a time.
