Today I’m coming at you with another installment of Hot Topics! This week it’s all about IEPs! I’m sharing our entire journey with the IEP process. From our first meeting (that I actually didn’t even realize was a meeting to discuss Logan’s IEP!) to this past year, and now gearing up for our fast approaching 2021 meeting, I’m sharing everything I’ve learned over the years. I’m no expert but I do have a good amount of IEP experience under my belt and I feel very different going into an IEP meeting now, as opposed to how I felt back at the beginning of our journey. I’m also sharing listener advice (there are some REALLY great tips!) and answering questions. IEPs can be very intimidating, especially if you’re new to the process.
