Today's meditation is on Psalm 94

Lord God, let your glory shine out. You are fully aware of how limited my thoughts can be. You have examined each one. Your thoughts and your ways are higher, so you correct me with your Word, and guide me along your path. 

There is such a blessing that comes when you teach me your Word and your ways. Even your correction is gentle and sweet. You provide a circle of quiet for me within the noisy chaos of the world. You will never forsake me. I am your prize. And I rejoice in you. 

You are my protector and my wrap around shield. Your tender mercy and loving-kindness saved me. Your unfailing love supports me.

When doubts fill my mind, when my heart is in turmoil, you quiet me and give me renewed hope and cheer. You overwhelm me with delight. Lord, you are my fortress—the mighty Rock where I hide.
