After being hit by a truck, Ojisan falls into a coma and wakes after 17 years. He realizes he's retained all his powers and memories from his isekai-ed life and begins to live with the only relative who would have him, his nephew Takafumi. Now, Takafumi shoulders the responsibility of acquainting his uncle on everything that has transpired during his absence.
