In this episode, we interview Sam Murphy, an Olympic hopeful 800m runner for Canada training in San Diego. Sam is a Division I All-American for University of Illinois/University of Oregon and part of NCAA winning team at University of Oregon. She is looking to transition from athlete to NCAA coach over the next few years (exciting announcement in this episode!) while still chasing her own running goals.
