Former NFL quarterback, Colin Kaepernick, was the face of a controversial Nike ad this week which sparked major backlash and support depending on your stance.  Rise Up is standing with Kaepernick and Nike and decided to bring awareness to the campaign.  

 

Actor Geoffrey Owens of the Cosby show and other roles, was seen bagging groceries for a major grocery chain.  Because of this, he was offered a huge role from Tyler Perry.
