I loved my conversation with Jim about how relationships; family, social, and business, are the key to your happiness and success as a human being. You should always be in the business of helping your customers lead a better life. We also discussed how you should make space within your companies for your employees' personal lives, especially when their lives might be consumed by unusual circumstances, such as children with disabilities. It was also great hearing Jim's advice on how to make a specific, guided plan to maintain and reignite relationships in your life. You can tell Jim really cares, and he's somebody that I would like to emulate.
