This is next level SHHHTuff right here! You have expectations in your mind for the things you want and need. The issue at hand is, your spouse can’t read your mind! As you up your game with communication it’s imperative that we learn to say what we expect or want ( within reason ☺ ) we must stop expecting people to know what’s going on in our mind and find the value in learning to articulate those things. Saying what you want without communicating what it looks like is “bush league” and we are aspiring to be better than that my men!
