Will went to school with Jos Butler and like JB wanted to become a pro cricketer until aged 13 he got more involved with rugby. Fast forward to the age of 16 and his school rugby coach instilled the idea of considering coaching as a career plan which he has now been doing for over a decade already which has seen him coach in Africa and China.
He now mentors other coaches in pro sports including cricket and finds it fascinating learning about the challenges they face day to day in their coaching environments many of which are similar regardless of the sport or level at which they are coaching.
