Jobe's running week has been steady (another 30km + week), respecting the loop and emotionlessly moving through the program. Golf chewed him up and spat him out last week, but we keep showing up.
Finno's ITB is asking for more attention and is giving it to it. He isn't looking for KMs; instead, he is focusing on improving his leg strength ( 3 x band and leg work sessions). 75 hard is going strong, he has found himself straight back into the routine.
