Margaret Schlachter is the founder of Dirt in Your Skirt which explores the stories of empowered women, and a few men, who are conquering old paradigms and changing the world in the process.

Margaret knows about breaking paradigms as she was the first female professional obstacle course racer. On this episode she talks about how she achieved that title and then moved toward the media side of things. She explains what life was like for her in a male dominated industry.
