James 1:19-20

"Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires"

When you are tempted to lose your temper over the minor inconveniences of life, don't. Turn away from anger, and turn to God instead. Do not speak in haste but rather open up your heart and listen to Him.
