Episode 137 – Breaking Away

Listen Later

Rarely does a 40-year-old movie hold up this well. It came out the same year as Apocalypse Now and Alien, and it holds up every bit as well as both those films but isn't near as remembered. My wife says it's boring and Collin couldn't remember the title, so maybe it's just a film for which I have a particular fondness. At any rate, it's my pick of the week, and I do my best talking it up. Stick around until the latter half of the show: at around the 28-minute mark, we take a journey with erldwgstruckermovies.com. It's a ride worth taking.
