In our sinful state we were "dead in sin" but when Christ regenerated us back to life through His redemptive work on the cross for us we must become "dead to sin!" But unfortunately this is not the experience of many who call themselves Christians! When we are born again and seriously study the Word of God with humility and a willingness to obey, we are transformed.
