You should read it.Also, the recipe for Irish Nachos:1 bag kettle chips6 ounces finely grated Cheddar, approximately 2 1/4 cups 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions 2 cups sour cream

Set 1 of the oven racks on the lowest shelf and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Lay the chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the chips with the Cheddar cheese and the bacon. Bake in the oven on the bottom rack for 7 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Spoon sour cream on top, and sprinkle green onions
