Gemma and Ian chat to Kirk Krack.  This is a repeat of a previous episode to coincide with the release of Avatar: The Way of Water on 16th December 2022.   Performance Freediving International Founder Kirk Krack, spent two years and thousands of hours working on the film training the principal cast to Freedive.  He has described the film as "the most significant diving movie ever made."
