Jennifer Franklin knows about hard work. January of 2021, she took her seat as the Kempsville District representative on the Virginia Beach City Public School Board. She has poured countless hours into serving the community in this capacity. This is on top of her career as a mortgage broker, small business owner, and fitness instructor.
