Think about the last few months of teaching that you've done: how much of it has been pure content and how much of it has been working on students' confidence, building community, mindfulness or mindset?

Then ask yourself whether that ratio is well balanced.

Don't think I can't hear some of you shouting at your phone and saying "I don't have time for that stuff"

You do. You should. You must. How?
