Tim loved the game of cricket from that first time he played as a six year old and took two catches in an U12s match. He very quickly got invited into the Netherlands junior programme and moved up to the full international team as a batter who was not afraid to hit the ball!
Tim remembers the positive impact coach Nolan Clarke had on him from a young age and in particular the questions he was asked that helped him think about his game in a different way.
Tim started coaching when his youngest son showed an interest and he has never looked back since then.
