Episode 139 - 1999: The Movies

Listen Later

1999 was arguably the last big watershed movie year, one brimming with a crazy number of now-recognized classics that helped push cinema into the next millennium. The films are weird, personal, periodically profane, and often darkly funny. And their legacy remains.
